BOMU EVENTS ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

At Bomu, we’re always building a team of people who care deeply about service, collaboration, and the details that make every event meaningful. Our Events Team supports celebrations of all sizes—from intimate gatherings to large-scale weddings and corporate events—while staying rooted in our belief that events are about people first.

As we prepare for a busy fall 2026 season, we are especially seeking team members with open weekday and weeknight availability. Weekend availability is also valuable.

Team members work as independent contractors under Bomu LLC and are selected on an event-by-event basis according to availability, experience, and fit. Many members of our team continue working with us long-term, but this opportunity can also be seasonal for those interested in supporting our fall schedule.

Events Team Member

Events Team Members provide hands-on support with event production, day-of logistics, and the overall guest experience. This role is ideal for dependable, service-oriented individuals who enjoy collaborative work, are comfortable in fast-moving environments, and want to learn more about the flow of live events.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with event setup, transitions, and breakdown

  • Supporting planners and coordinators throughout the event

  • Helping manage timelines, vendor needs, and guest flow

  • Moving, organizing, and maintaining event materials and rentals

  • Working alongside Bomu’s floral, creative, rental, bar, and service teams

  • Helping ensure event spaces remain organized, polished, and guest-ready

No two events are exactly alike, so responsibilities may vary depending on the event and the team’s needs.
