BOMU CREATIVE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Bomu Creative is the visual storytelling division of Bomu LLC. Through social media, photography, videography, design, and digital content, our creative team shares the people, details, and experiences that define Bomu’s events and growing family of brands.

We are seeking a creative, dependable, and organized individual to support the management and growth of Bomu’s social media presence. The primary focus of this role is social media planning, content creation, scheduling, posting, community engagement, and maintaining a consistent brand voice across our digital platforms.

This is not a traditional full-time or part-time position. Work will be assigned and paid on a project or event basis according to company needs, availability, experience, and responsibilities. The selected candidate may also have opportunities to attend weddings, celebrations, installations, styled shoots, and company projects to capture live and behind-the-scenes content.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Planning and maintaining social media content calendars

  • Creating, scheduling, and publishing posts, stories, reels, and other digital content

  • Writing engaging captions that reflect Bomu’s voice and values

  • Organizing and repurposing content from weddings, events, and company projects

  • Maintaining a consistent visual identity across Bomu’s platforms and divisions

  • Monitoring comments, messages, tags, mentions, and audience engagement

  • Identifying relevant trends, sounds, content ideas, and platform updates

  • Reviewing content performance and recommending ways to improve engagement and reach

  • Coordinating with Bomu’s leadership, creative team, and event teams to gather content

  • Attending select events to capture live, behind-the-scenes, and short-form photo and video content

  • Supporting promotional campaigns, vendor features, team highlights, and company announcements

  • Organizing digital files and maintaining an accessible content library

This is a paid, assignment-based opportunity. Compensation will be determined according to the project, event, responsibilities, experience, and time required.

As Bomu Creative grows, this role may develop into increased creative and leadership responsibilities, including Social Media Manager, Lead Content Creator, Creative Project Manager, or Creative Team Manager. Growth will be based on performance, consistency, initiative, leadership, and the evolving needs of the company.
