FLORALS BY BOMU ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

A Bartending / Mixology Assistant at Bomu supports beverage service for weddings and events, assisting with setup, service, and breakdown while ensuring a smooth, welcoming guest experience. This freelance, on-call role supports our bar leads during larger events and helps execute Bomu’s bar offerings with care, efficiency, and professionalism.

What this can include:

• Assisting with bar setup, styling, and breakdown

• Supporting beverage service during events

• Preparing basic cocktails, mocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks as directed

• Restocking bar supplies, ice, glassware, and garnishes

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and guest-ready bar area

• Supporting inventory organization and post-event cleanup

This role is ideal for someone interested in event bartending or mixology who enjoys fast-paced environments and teamwork. TIPS or TAM certification is preferred, or a willingness to obtain certification prior to working events. No extensive prior bartending experience is required—this position is designed to help bolster our team for larger events while learning on the job.
